The conference will be held at Constanta Maritime University - Nautical Training Centre (Sports and Marine Training Center)..

It is located on Southern bank of Siutghiol Lake. This complex centre of sports and marine training covers an area of 17.000 sq.m. This office organizes the seamanship and technical practice for students in their 1st year of study.
